It's a Convenient Thing

I think that most blogs I have visited

have some sort of cool/neat site that they like to visit and add to every week. I have participated in several. I thought I would add some in my Blog. I have always enjoyed watching Martha Stewart and all of her "Its a Good Thing" I knew I could not just go out and blatenly copy hers...right? So I thought of "It's a Convenient Thing." I am all about getting stuff done the easiest and cheapest way. So here is my first one.

I am an avid reader and I have read lots of books at our local library. I do however like the occasional paper back book. I found this website called Paperback Swap (PBS) and it has been fantastic. You can also get rid of some clutter by getting those Paperbacks out of the house. For those of you who have not heard about it here is how it works. You sign up and enter 9 paper back books that you would be willing to mail to someone. You in turn get 3 credits (each credit is good for one book). You will get an email when someone requests your book and you print out the wrapper that PBS provides for you. This wrapper has the persons info and your info so all you do is wrap the paper around the book tape it up and add the postage. Since you are mailing books the bookrate is only $1.59 for each bookthat you mail. They have adult books, kids chapter books etc. If you sign up and want to add your books, there is a section that you can add a person's email that referred you and if you want to add mine...:-) I won't stop you. wiljen109@aol.com!!!
