Sombody sent me this helpful hint and I tried it and it works great.
Whenever I purchase a box of SOS Pads,
I immediately take a pair of scissors
and cut each pad into halves.
After years of having to throw away rusted
and unused and smelly pads,
I finally decided that this would be much more economical.
And now a box of SOS pads last me indefinitely!
In fact, I have noticed that the scissors get sharpened this way! If you have any hints hop on over to Rocks in my Dryer and add yours.

Well, it's not Wednesday, so I guess I missed the boat.
I do this with dryer sheets, too. I chop the stack into much smaller sheets and then a box lasts me nearly forever. The little pieces work as well as the big sheets, and things don't get that build up on them.
