Christmas Tour of Homes

Come on in and have a look around. These are some of our decorations. The tree is filled with ornaments. We give all the kids a new one every year so when they are older they will have some ornaments for their own tree. The nativity was given to my by my Mom and Dad 15 years ago. Baby Jesus is safely tucked away, waiting for Christmas morning when all the kids sing Happy Birthday. Go visit Boo Mama and you can see all the pretty decorations!!

my parents and grandparents gave us each an ornament each year for a starter kit too. only now, I am adult, and my mom has yet to relinquish my collection. It has become too much a part of her own tree. :)

your plate (??) of Christmas balls is fun. i have a bunch left-over and I just packed them away. Next year, I'm going to have to do what you did or make a Christmas ball wreath!

thanks for the great idea.

blessings, and
Merry Christmas!!!

Your home looks beautiful and very inviting. I love that BIG tree! And I also like the bowl of ornaments. I've done a similar thing in my dining room, except I put the ornaments in a cake dome. It's a fun way to display those left over ornaments.

Thanks for the lovely tour, you have a beautiful home! I love your tree, it looks huge and so full and full of wonderful ornaments. Your fireplace and mantle are gorgeous, and I love that bowl with the red and silver ornaments. I've been trying to do more red and silver on my tree, love that color combo.

Thanks so much for sharing with us, and have a very Merry Christmas!!!
