Pink Panthers

We were in Kansas City all weekend for the Autumn Bash Soccer tournament. The Pink Panthers had two games on Saturday and were on top leading in to Sunday's games. They won the first Sunday game with an overtime Penalty kick. How nerve wracking was that. This allowed them to play in the Championship game Sunday afternoon.

(I think there is always a silly picture taken after the serious one!)

After a long 60 minutes the Pink Panthers lost the game to come in second in the tournament. They played hard and had lots of fun. Did I mention it was COLD! I think the first game on Saturday with the wind chill was around 33 degrees! They were playing in leggings, hats, gloves, earmuffs etc. That probably weighed them down by an additional 10 pounds.. haha.

(Rebecca, Maria and Kira right before the first game. Did I mention it was COLD!!)

Congrats girls! We are proud of you!

I can't even tell you how cold it was on Saturday morning.

The girls stayed focused on soccer. Don't know how.

Fun to watch.

I think that cold is headed our way. I know it's coming, I'm just in complete denial. Oh... I should chat with you about the Photoshop 7 you just purchased...I go back and forth with that and buying the COREL program.

Have a great day... VETS DAY! Let's honor!

They are so pretty in pink!

Thanks for stopping by my blog. That's funny b/c my parents live in Gulf Shores too. That's how we found Fairhope. We visited them and fell in love with Fairhope. It's the cutest little place, too bad we're now trying to farm in suburbia.
See you on Twitter - Ciao!
