Weekly update Biggest Loser

This week has been very long and is getting longer by the minute. I did cut back on my Diet Dr. Pepper consumption and drank lots more water.

However...I only lost 1 pound. Bummer.

Next week I am going to try and start walking around our big block and hopefully will have more to report!

I also lost only 1 pound. But it's normal that it's hard to keep on your goals if you got such problems.
