Valentine "Stockings"

Happy Valentines Day!! I always start picking up little gifts like gel pens, socks, flip flops and little toys for my children for Valentines Day. I usually put them in a gift bag of some sort. This year I thought I would make a Valentine "Stocking". I bought some fabric at Walmart and cut out a heart. I then lined the heart with white canvas to make it sturdy. Since I am from the South I had to monogram it.!! You know how we love to put our names on things!!

I had these ready when the kids came home from school yesterday. My big girls want to take them to school on Wed to put their Valentines in. Hayden thought it was cool but he wants to keep his at home...I can understand that :-).

If you want to make something like this it is very easy. You can email me if you want a more detailed instruction.

Have a good day yall!

Jen,

Those are adorable! My kids would love something like that. I wish I had time to make these, but since everything within a 50 mile radius is closed due to snow, it will have to wait until next year. Can you email me the directions, no big hurry, just whenever you get the chance.

I hope you all have a great Valentine's Day!

Hi Jen

Thanx for stopping by my blog. I really need to go with something more organized to remember important dates and events. I love those hearts! My children would go crazy for me to celebrate Valentine's Day like that.
